The holidays are rapidly approaching and the weather is getting colder. This is the season when we tend to exercise less and eat more (like those holiday treats).
Here are a few “tricks” to help keep you on your diet or exercise plan thru the end of the year.

1. Drink a glass of water before every meal (helps with portion control).
2. When shopping, practice speed walking to get some exercise. Parking further away also helps.
3. Try to limit some of those holiday treats to rewards for completing workouts.
